Please note that Schwab will be transitioning the remaining TD Ameritrade accounts over to Schwab by May 11-14th. If you continue with this subscription today, you may use DAS to trade your live TD Ameritrade account up until the day it transitions over to Schwab. Once your account is considered a Schwab account however, you will not be able to use DAS to place live trades, and any days remaining on your subscription at that point will only allow you access to the real-time data and simulator account. No pro-rated refunds will be allowed once your account transitions over to Schwab.

We are actively working on the Schwab API integration, however we do not have an estimated date of completion at this time and do not anticipate a production version available by the May 11-14th transition date.

NOTE: Certain market data feeds are 15 minutes delayed and are delivered on an "as is" basis. These are TSX Level 1, Indices, and CBOE/CBOT Futures Level 1. (All packages includes paper training account with live accounts).

Professional – Any person that meets any of the following criteria: Is registered or qualified with: the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, any state securities agency, any securities exchange or association, or any commodities or futures contract market or association. Is engaged as an "investment advisor" as that term is defined in Section 201(11) of the Investment Advisor's Act of 1940 (whether or not registered or qualified under that Act). Is employed by a bank or another organization that is exempt from registration under Federal and/or state securities laws to perform functions that would require him or her to be so registered or qualified if he or she were to perform such functions for an organization not so exempt.

NOTE: Do NOT submit the Step 2 form before completing Step 1. You need an appropriate TD Subscription with DAS before you can link a TD account to DAS. You cannot link a trial user, simulator user, or user from any other broker to a TD account, you MUST have a DAS-TD subscription first
